It comes with individual portions of a selection of appetizers, a Bento box, and a bowl of sweet corn and crabmeat soup. To share, there’s the healthy and delicious Fruit Yee Sang, a pot of Chinese Tea and desserts such as Nian Gao and Shanghai Red Bean Pancakes!
2. The Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton Puchong
At The Eatery, the chefs have steered clear from traditional flavors and have created a myriad of mouth-watering dishes that features Western cooking methods and unique ingredients that complements the traditional symbolic dishes of Chinese New Year! This includes the bountiful Six-Treasure Yee Sang that will definitely be the highlight of the meal. Featuring 6 types of seafood, namely soy marinated clams, fresh salmon, tuna, white tuna, jellyfish, and smoked salmon, you’ll surely be tossing up good fortune for the year!

3. NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh
Bak Kut Teh, or Pork Ribs Soup, is considered to be one of Singapore’s culinary heritage dish as well as a local favorite, and NG AH SIO is a brand that is synonymous with authentic Teochew-style Bak Kut Teh. If you’re unsure of what a Bak Kut Teh is, it is essentially a savory and peppery pork-based soup that includes delicious pork ribs and is typically paired with You Tiao (Chinese Dough Fritters) and Kung Fu tea, a type of Chinese tea.
During this festive period, the branch at Rangoon Road will be serving up “Sliced Abalone (5 heads) with Marinated Jellyfish”, a delectable cold dish. Located in one of Singapore’s most popular attraction, the beautiful Gardens by The Bay, Majestic Bay is a unique venue to celebrate the Lunar New Year! Available from now to 2 Mar 2018, they are offering dedicated Chinese New Year set menus starting from SGD 288++ for 3 – 4 persons and SGD 688++ for 8 – 10 persons. You’ll be able to enjoy a variety of dishes specially created by the team and one of the unique offerings that we’d like to highlight is their Yu Sheng, where the grated greens are sourced from organic farms and topped with Chinese black truffles! The best part of dining at Majestic Bay? You and your family will be able to enjoy a nice stroll while enjoying the night view after the feast!
5. KOTO Saigon
KOTO, short for “Know One, Teach One” is a not-for-profit training restaurant that provides opportunities to at-risk and disadvantaged youths in Vietnam by offering holistic training programs. Many people have mentioned that the service staff are very professional, and that the quality and presentation of food are always on point. From now to 11 Feb 2018, KOTO has introduced a set menu “Met for Tet” to celebrate Tết where dishes are the chefs’ interpretation on specialties of Vietnam during Tet, some with a modern twist.
